My new phone has been announced!!

Some of you already know I use a Nokia 9500 Communicator mobile phone.
I use it all the time and I love it, but have been tempted by newer more shiny phones.

But enGadget dropped the news today that Nokia have announced the new communicator, the e90.

Check out the specs on the engadegt website over at :
http://www.engadget.com/2007/02/12/noki ... -launched/

It is probably not going to hit the Uk till late this year, which probably gives me just enough time to save up for it! :)

Uechi-Ryu week two.

Hi everyone,
well Sally and I have been to our third Karate class adn may well keep doing so. It is very interesting starting as a new student in a new art.

Probably something we should all do now and then. It's very, how shall I say, educational to be the student and completely lost. Where as how often do we as Judo coaches ever feel that sensation.

Anyway, in an effort to help raise the dojo web ratings, here is some linkage to http://www.uechi-ryu.org.uk/

Podcast Update

Hi All, just a quick update on the podcast. This week I have recorded a podcast episode with Lisa McIver, who has developed the British Judo Association (BJA) Long Term Player Development (LTPD) plan/document.

It is a really interesting episode and I am taking some time to edit it and get some materials together to support this excellent product of the BJA.

The LTPD plan is something that every coach can implement and it has some really big plus points for us all.

I hope to have it edited up this weekend, so stay tuned!

Lance
